How do I schedule pick-up and delivery?

New clients can schedule a pick-up directly on our website, or reach out via email, phone, or social. Visit our "Book Now" page for more details. 

What forms of payment are accepted?

When booking your scheduled pick-up on our website, PayPal will be required for the deposit. Your remaining balance can be paid via PayPal, Venmo or cash. 

Is there a minimum order?

We require a minimum of three gifts for all scheduled pick-up and delivery orders. All orders require a $25 deposit for holding your scheduled pick-up time. 

What kind of items can you wrap?

We can wrap boxes of all sizes and uniquely-shaped gifts. If you have a gift without packaging or a unique circumstance, contact us and we'll discuss options. 

Where are my gifts stored?

Your gifts will be stored in our climate-controlled studio with 24/7 monitoring until they are wrapped. Our typical turnaround time for a wrapping order is 3-5 business days. 

What happens if I'm not satisfied?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your gift wrapping, please reach out directly and we'll make it right!
